She is an active real estate investor, having developed and managed a diversified portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Florida and various markets throughout the United States. Her direct involvement in real estate ownership and investment gives her a deep understanding of property risk, valuation considerations, and long-term asset protection. This real-world experience allows her to relate closely to clients who own investment properties or operate businesses with complex real estate needs.
Prior to entering the insurance industry, Suzanne served as Chief Operating Officer at Regal Wholesale International, a medical wholesale company, where she was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting strategic initiatives, and contributing to organizational growth. In addition, she has owned and operated several businesses, providing her with firsthand insight into the challenges business owners face, including operational decision-making, financial responsibility, and risk management.
Suzanne earned her Bachelor of Science in Economics (Business Analytics) from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, followed by an MBA / MS joint degree in Analytics and Strategy. Her academic background reinforces her analytical approach and commitment to informed, strategic guidance. She is also a member of the Latin American Association of Insurance Agencies (LAAIA).
Outside of her professional life, Suzanne enjoys traveling, spending time with her four children, and dedicating her time to philanthropy and community involvement. She is closely connected to organizations such as the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts Trust, the Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM), and the Cuban American National Foundation (CANF). Her commitment to service, cultural enrichment, and long-term relationships reflects the same values she brings to her work—helping clients protect what matters most with clarity, care, and intention.
